Summary Description:
TM Forum is seeking a professional supplier to support the pre-sales and delivery of exhibition and sponsorship services across our global events portfolio. This includes engaging prospective clients, managing contracted partners, and delivering seamless execution at our flagship and regional events.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated, well-organised partner with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach. Experience in sponsorship/exhibition operations and event delivery is essential.
Scope of Services:
- Pre-sales support: lead engagement, proposal development, upsell/cross-sell
- Client management: main point of contact for sponsors and exhibitors
- Operational delivery: manage deliverables, branding assets, booth approvals, logistics
- Onsite execution: ensure high-quality sponsor/exhibitor experience
- Post-event reporting: contribute to insights and analysis
Contract Term:
Immediate start through June 2025, including onsite support in Copenhagen for our flagship event.
Future Collaboration:
Opportunities for ongoing work for high-performing suppliers.
