Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Communications to own the TM Forum brand, bringing it to life across external and internal communications.
You’ll lead a high-performing new team to create proven member value, enhancing TM Forum’s brand awareness and reputation with our people, our members, industry influencers, and future talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and deliver TM Forum’s brand and communications strategy.
- Manage a dynamic team across external comms, internal comms, and brand design, to deliver award-winning marketing.
- Lead PR, media and analyst relations.
- Own our social media strategy including executive visibility.
- Be responsible for our internal communications strategy, including leadership comms and change initiatives.
- Own the thought leadership and spokesperson strategy, including executive support for key events.
- Create and manage the content strategy and calendar.
- Manage Marketing communications budget, KPIs, and performance reporting.
What you’ll bring:
- 10+ years in B2B or tech marketing communications, ideally globally.
- Proven brand leadership.
- A portfolio of earned-media results and executive visibility programs.
- Demonstrable success partnering with industry analysts and navigating complex technology narratives.
- Confidence using AI platforms and understanding their applicability both internally for TM Forum and across the Telco/Tech and B2B landscape
- Editorial excellence with a strong storytelling, writing, and design sensibility.
- Skilled in team leadership, stakeholder alignment, and performance measurement.
