Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

This role will be a critical success factor in growth of our digital experience and software development capability brining expertise in analyzing complex problems and articulating clear, actionable, requirements to ensure software that delivers real value into organization. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely business stakeholders, product owners, senior leadership, project managers and technical delivery teams.
Role Overview:
TM Forum is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data, Technology & Digital Experience team to play a critical role in identifying opportunities for optimization and translating business needs into detailed and comprehensive requirements that can be used to deliver effective technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of the analysis lifecycle to deliver output that supports the end-to-end organisational need.
Vigorously interrogate and distil user requirements to ensure solutions are not isolated fixes but integrate seamlessly across systems and processes, supporting long term adaptability and growth.
Proactively identify opportunities for process and system optimisation and technological integration to drive efficiency and consistency across TM Forum.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather and understand functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and technical constraints.
Organize and structure the requirements in a way that ensures they are clearly understood by both business stakeholders, product owners and the technical delivery team.
Leverage and incorporate own business toolkit, as well as established techniques, frameworks and best practices into current projects and solutions to enhance efficiency consistency and clarification, focusing on reusability, scalability, security, performance and maintainability.
Owning & maintaining up to date documentation included but not limited to blueprints, specifications, dictionaries and catalogues.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that user needs, and usability aspects are sensibly integrated into the requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with 3rd Party suppliers and ensure vision, scope and requirements are clearly communicated and deliverables meet the requirements.
Participate in requirement reviews, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
Collaborate with testers to create detailed UAT and QA test cases that are aligned with requirements.
Work with business champions and data analysts to gain insights. This includes identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in user behavior, as well as helping stakeholders define the ROI on their development
Experience and Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience (6+ years) as a Business Analyst
Utilises best practice methodology and frameworks and has own existing toolkit that can be incorporated into current ways of working.
Experience in leading technical discussion related to systems or process and bridge the business and technical perspectives ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
Understanding of general business and commercial processes within an organisation including how different departments interact
Experience in estimating scope, timeframes and capacity
Proficiency in writing requirements, BPMN, Use Cases, UML, ERDs, DFDs and wireframes
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deep-dive into areas to extract clear and concise requirements
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
