Role overview
The Marketing Executive will support the Director of Innovation Marketing as part of the integrated marketing team. This position provides the opportunity to manage and execute campaigns with a particular emphasis on the Innovation line of business.
Key initiatives under this remit include the Catalyst program, Innovation Hub, Hackathons, the Excellence Awards program, and Accelerate events. The primary objectives of these campaigns are to enhance awareness and engagement, increase participation, drive event registrations, and deliver tangible value to TM Forum Members. Campaign success will be tracked using key performance indicators (KPIs), and the Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Director of Innovation Marketing to achieve the desired results across various channels, including email, social media, internal communications, web, events, and advertising.
Key responsibilities
Deliver multi-stage, content-led marketing campaigns.
Grow audience and engagement by developing creative collateral and campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed timelines.
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and Marketing Communications teams to schedule activities and report on campaign performance and success against established KPIs.
Uphold and effectively communicate the TM Forum brand and values.

Experience and qualifications
Applicants should possess the following:
At least one year of marketing experience within a B2B environment.
Ability to work independently in a disciplined, structured, and organized manner, including remote working.
Prior knowledge in using content management systems and related tools to manage website content.
Experience utilizing social media channels to promote products and services.
Working knowledge of email automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
Familiarity with design and video editing tools such as Canva are a plus.
Outstanding written and spoken English, with meticulous attention to detail (other languages are very welcome!).
